NOYATECH Refund & Return Policy
We want every customer to be confident in their NOYATECH purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the terms below.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at noyatechsc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will review your request and, if approved, confirm the return mailing address below.
Return shipping
Returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see "Damaged or Wrong Item" below). We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email noyatechsc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right, at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund including return shipping.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, opened or used personal-care products, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
